SharePoint (and Project Server) Shenanigans

I am a Project Server and SharePoint consultant but my main focus currently is around Project Server. I have been working with Project Server for nearly five years since 2007 for a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in the UK, I have also been awared with the Microsoft Community Contributor Award 2011. I have put together a very simple diagram to describe some core data flows in Project Online / Project Server for actions like opening projects, save a project on a PDP etc. This high level diagram can be seen below:

There are probably some scenarios where this image isn’t 100% accurate but it gives you a good starting point for most core scenarios / data interactions with Project Online and Project Desktop.
